Shop Manager

£17,663 pa Full time
We require an energetic and enthusiastic Manager to manage our Mildenhall Shop and to lead and manage our team of volunteers. You should have retail experience and also display commercial acumen,creativity and flair as well as good communication skills.
This is a hands-on post and you will need to have the ability to multitask and respond quickly to the needs of the business. Being a car driver /owner would be helpful.
Assistant Retail Warehouse / Shop Manager
£13,885 pa Full time, fixed term (6 months)
Working between our warehouse based at Moreton Hall and our retail shop in Bury St Edmunds. You will provide hands on support to the warehouse and Retail Managers, covering their days off and annual leave. Ideally with a retail / warehouse / distribution background - some charity shop experience is a bonus - you will bring excellent organisational skills and a can-do, hands-on approach. Great with people, you will motivate and manage a group ofvolunteers to make St Nicholas Hospice Care the favourite local charity.
