A Perpetual Memory Fund is a service open to everyone who has lost a loved one. It is a way in which you can remember a special person in an unique way.
How does it work?
- You set up a Fund in your loved one's name through a single donation or standing order. This can be added to whenever you wish
- You can provide us with photos, reminiscences or special memories for a Memories Page
- We will ascribe your loved one’s name in our Book of Remembrance, kept in the Hospice Chapel
- We will send you a remembrance card every year on a date special to you and your loved one (their birthday or date of passing)
- We will acknowledge the generosity of your gift by letting you know each year how much the fund total has reached
