24-hour telephone advice 01284 766133 is available for all healthcare professionals, including General Practitioners, District Nurses and Carers who are caring for patients at home.
Palliative care and bereavement advice is also available 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday to any other professional - (Social Worker or Teacher) involved in supporting a palliative patient and their family.
